I don’t drive a big fancy expensive car and you will not find my name on park benches, bus shelters or required to keep a fridge magnet of me neither. However, my results speak for themselves and below I do share a few stats. All my relationships are built on patience and trust, not volume or quickly turning over deals.
I’m proud of the fact that 75% of my business is referral-based; I am just as much online as I am offline, with a very strong social media presence while always dedicated and committed to the business of real estate on a full-time basis since 1998.

My negotiating skills have produced the results that my clients expect.  When selling homes/condos my list price VS my sold price is on average 9% higher than the standard Toronto real estate transaction and with only 6.3 days on the market (on average). As a result, my properties sell on average 47% faster than your typical Toronto real estate agent with an ask/sale ratio of 113.75%.  

Working with people all began in the hotel and hospitality business.  It involved a great deal of variety, not only in terms of the hours I worked, but also the diversity of the people I worked with. Very much like real estate!
With that in mind, that doesn't necessarily mean I’m the right agent for you. There is a huge range of professionalism, knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate professionals; therefore, for our relationship to be a success, we have to be the 'right fit’ for each other. So lets chat!
