My negotiating skills have produced the results that my clients expect.  When selling homes/condos my list price VS my sold price is on average 3.6 % higher than the standard Toronto real estate transaction and with only 8.6 days on the market (on average).
 

MY PASSION 
Working with people all began in the hotel and hospitality business.  It involved a great deal of variety, not only in terms of the hours I worked, but also the diversity of the people I worked with. Very much like real estate!
